What happened: So I had an flight with Lufthansa from zrh to yul and our flight was late so we missed our same day flight as it was a connecting flight by Lufthansa which was handled by air Canada they reschedule the flight to next day not only they did told we would get our baggage at the arrival airport but also they scheduled us to ytz instead of yyz which was over ** hourr late. Because of this I was without my luggage in a completely new country for * days not to mention my whole follow up schedule was interrupted too I humbly request to please look in the matter, and please do the necessary
