"Easy flight with a friendly crew"
The crew was really nice on my flight, and the snacks came around quickly. Little things like that make the trip feel smoother than expected

"Delay wasn’t as bad as I thought"
My flight got delayed but they handled it better then I expected. I got updates quick and they rebooked me without much stress, so it was all okay in the end.

"Got help quickly"
Had a question about my flight and wasn’t really sure how long support would take. Air Canada got back to me faster than I expected. A couple messages, not a whole drawn-out thing. They answered what I needed and it was sorted. relieved.

"Aeroplan has actually been worth it for me"
I mostly use Air Canada because of Aeroplan, and it’s worked out well for me. The points usually show up quickly after flights, which I appreciate because I don’t have the patience to chase that stuff down. I’ve used them for a couple of trips already and it saved me a decent amount of money. Booking with points on the site is straightforward too. It’s not perfect, and a few parts could definitely move faster, but I haven’t had any major problems. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Boarding was quick and easy"
Boarding was really smooth and I got on fast without any stress. I had my confirmation email and receipt ready just in case, but everything went so easily I barely needed to check them.

Flew with Air Canada last week and my checked bag showed up on time both ways. There was small scuff on the handle, but nothing worth worrying about. Overall it was good experience and I don’t really have big complaints

I flew Air Canada and, not gonna lie, I kind of assumed the seats would be stiff and cramped like usual. But they were actually comfy. I had enough leg room, and the cushion didn’t start feeling rock hard after a couple hours. I even managed to relax and nap a bit, which I basically never expect on a flight. Overall, better than I thought it’d be.

I booked a flight on Air Canada and, it was a easy experience. The site loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to hunt around forever to compare prices, flight times, or baggage details, which I appreciated.
Changing my seat was straightforward too. To be fair, I wasn’t doing anything super complicated, so I can’t speak for every situation, but for a basic booking it felt clean, simple, and hassle-free.

I booked through aircanada.com and, the fees were shown before I paid, which is really all I was hoping for. I kept waiting for some random extra charge to pop up at the very end because that happens so often, but nope, everything stayed the same. So yeah, no surprises and I was happy with how clear it was.

The flight changes came through way later than they should have, so I basically had to keep checking everything myself. Not exactly the most relaxing experience, but sure, I guess finding out on my own works too

I checked in on aircanada.com the night before my flight and it was smooth. It only took about five minutes, I picked my seat, and the boarding pass showed up on my phone right away. No strange errors or confusing steps, which I always appreciate. Something about it just made the whole airport part feel a little less stressful.

I booked a flight on Air Canada, the pricing was straightforward. The taxes and fees showed up before I paid, so there wasn’t any last-minute shock at checkout.
